One of the windiest places in Canary islands is Fuerteventura island…..the wind is getting stronger..the more south you go…the island is complete desert…which is kind of too boring for my taste…as i prefer diverse and lots of trees and vegetation…but it has quite some waves and wind…so its great for “windy” sports people 🙂
My very good friend Hugo from Barcelona is living there…so was nice to see him again……i was teaching kitesurfing from a boat…. in the middle of the ocean….not really the most pleasant experience for the begginers…..now i understand why all of my friends who were learning here said it was very difficult…and it took them more time to learn than usual…met some lovely smiley people as always 😉
